Welcome to DLJWF, Inc. Property Management Company. With 46 years of business experience,
the company was redirected toward commercial retail rental property in 2004. The goal is
to establish retail frontage with reasonable rents that can afford the tenants the quiet
enjoyment necessary to achieve success in their individual business. Over time a mix of
businesses and owners was developed, that compliment each other philosophically and
practically to mutually share in the mix of customers. Servicing customers and repeat
clientele is the ultimate business satisfaction. Every effort is made to maintain the
properties in workable condition to avoid interruptions in businesses and services.
Four locations are the current mix of properties. A dual business site on East Sprague
in Spokane that is currently occupied by 4000 square feet (for lease) and Speedy Auto Glass.
The Mission Village Center, Plant Kids Day Care, Dominos Pizza, and the Mission Village Laundromat are at this location. In North Spokane, a single
tenant, Air Design Heating and Air Conditioning occupies the building on Francis Avenue.
The latest acquisition is the Professional Building in Deer Park. Edward Jones, Jay Lindh, Attorney at Law, Patti's Specialty Sewing, Krystalline Massage,
Therapeutic Massage, Advanced Therapeutic Massage, Expressions Hair Salon & Expresssions Photography all have suites in
